Lost & Found
If you leave an item on the bus, please call 785-864-4644 , 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or use our online form to report a lost item. You will need to provide the following information: route, direction of travel, and the time and location the trip ended. You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the lost item and a contact number or email address.
Items, if found, will be available for pick up after 1 p.m. the next business day at the KU Parking & Transit office. All items found will be kept for a maximum of 14 days.
Lawrence Transit System, KU on Wheels, KU Parking & Transit, and MV Transportation are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Drivers are not allowed to return found items directly to passengers.
